On 21st April, the fraters will be spending the afternoon at Shakespeare’s Globe on the South Bank in London as part of the annual celebration of the Bard’s birthday.
From midday to 5pm the the theatre will open its doors for free to all and sundry. There will be a whole series of entertainments and spectacles put on for the lucky public who wander by.
It is described as: “An afternoon of family events, games and magical mayhem. Inspired by Shakespeare’s greatest magician Prospero, we will play host to bubbling cauldrons, card trickery and magical masterclasses.
Join the party in our fascinating exhibition and extraordinary theatre.”
We can’t yet say what we will be called upon to do – but on the hour, every hour, the fraters will emerge to astound and inspire…
